Each translation is a custom job. Therefore my rates are flexible and vary according to the turnaround time, amount of specialization involved, volume of words, or whether a certified translation is required, among other factors. If you’d like to send me the documents, I will study them thoroughly and maybe ask you some questions in order to provide you with a detailed estimate of the time and cost. I will always send you an answer within 24 hours after receiving your data, and my quote will be tailored to your needs and free of charge. Payment Methods: Payments can be done in Euros, USD and CAD. From customers in Canada, I accept payment through Interac e-transfer and by cheque. From European clients, payments can be done by bank transfer to my Spanish account in Euros. From US clients, I accept payments by wire transfer and cheque. To make a PayPal payment, simply click on the icon below and you will be taken to my secure PayPal payment page. You can then safely make a payment to OOQ for your translation or interpretation services with your PayPal account or credit card.

Payment Terms: My standard payment term is within 30 days from invoice date. A deposit and installments may be required for larger projects. Interest at the rate of 2% per calendar month, effective from the invoice date, will be charged on all overdue amounts.
